Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Brandomize for digital design, web development, app development, SEO, GEO, ads, or content creation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

2. Service Scope and Deliverables

The specific deliverables, tech stacks, and specifications for each project will be outlined in your custom project invoice or package description (such as our Launch, Growth, and Scale plans). Any request for services outside the agreed scope will require separate pricing and scheduling.

3. Payments and Milestones

Payments are divided into milestones as specified during project scope agreements:

• Starter / Launch Packages: Require upfront payment or a 50% deposit before kickoff, and the balance upon completion.
• Custom Projects: Structured according to milestone releases (e.g., UI approval, staging launch, and live deployment).
• All invoices are subject to standard payment windows as detailed in the payment documentation.

4. Client Reviews and Testimonials

We appreciate receiving client reviews. By sharing text testimonials or rating signals, you grant Brandomize permission to showcase them on our website, social profiles, and marketing collateral to demonstrate visual and social proof.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate an active agreement if the other party breaches material terms and fails to remedy the breach within 7 business days of written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Haryana, India, and any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hisar, Haryana.
